I spent years stuck in my own destructive cycle: drinking, partying, making promises to myself and breaking them. The hardest part was constantly letting myself down.

What changed everything wasn't motivation. It was structure, accountability and showing up every day. One day became one week, one week became six months, and my whole life changed. That's why I built FoleyFit: to help everyday blokes do the same.
